The Civil Engineering department at Jhadeswar Engineering College is started in the year of 2025 with intake capacity of 60 seats and committed to provide high-quality education, innovative research opportunities, and a supportive learning environment. Our objective is to produce skilled and knowledgeable Civil engineers who can excel in industries such as automotive, energy, and manufacturing. The department will be equipped with advanced technological labs like- Construction technology, 3-D printing, 3-D max, AI- enabled total power station, Transportation engineering, CAD & STAD PRO, AI-ML etc.

The department is likely to collaborate soon with institute of eminence like- IITs, NITs and other technological universities for its innovation, start-up and research activities. The department has highly qualified and experienced staff members from various reputed institutions who are the key functionaries in the department to shape the students as the workforce for the state and central government as well as current industry needs.
